Annual salary for the Senior Retail Property Manager ranges between $75K and $95K per year depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, lenders, tenants, and vendors
- Oversee property management tasks such as inspections, financial reporting, and vendor agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and handle their concerns
- Prepare and manage property budgets
- Supervise new construction projects and property renovations
- Handle insurance claims and inspections
- Manage lease renewals, tenant expansions, and relocations
- Process financial reports and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Produce CAM reconciliations and annual budgets
- Participate in due diligence for new investment opportunities
- Develop and implement asset management plans
- Maintain relationships with real estate brokers and developers
- Oversee the design and development of store environments
Job Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in commercial retail property management
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Some college education and a real estate license are preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
